Conveyance Deed Registration

Conveyance Deed registration is the process of legally transferring ownership of a property from one party (Government Department/authority/builder) to another. It involves registering the conveyance deed, also known as the sale deed or transfer deed, with appropriate government/authority/Builder. The registration of the conveyance deed provides legal recognition and authenticity to the property transaction. A conveyance deed is drafted on a non-judicial stamp paper of requisite value and is registered at the nearest sub-registrar office. The buyer should pay post-registration, stamp duty, and registration fees.
